After visiting all home dealers between Hot Springs and Little Rock, I chose Livingston Homes in Hot Springs. I bought a brand new, custom-built 2016 Champion Atlantic Extreme 8000 singlewide home. Rodney, the salesman, was very informative and did not pressure me into anything I didn't want. He was able to take my requests to the factory for customization. The entire process took a little over a month due to the holidays and the custom order, but once the home was on their lot, it was on my property just two days later! Everyone I dealt with was very professional and they kept me informed on the entire buying process. If you are in the market for a new home, look no further than Livingston Homes.
